A forwarder built around lanes, not around brochures
Yasin Express started in 2014 with one corridor and one truck. The method has not changed: pick a route, learn it properly, run it every week.
We began by moving textiles from Istanbul into Poland, because that was a corridor we understood better than anyone quoting against us. When customers asked us to handle their Chinese suppliers too, we opened an office in Guangzhou rather than appointing an agent — the whole point was to keep our own eyes on the loading bay.
Today we run around forty scheduled lanes from Asia and the Gulf into Europe, across air, sea, road and rail. We deliberately do not offer every route on earth. A lane we run weekly is a lane where we know the terminal staff, the realistic transit and where the delays actually happen.
Our customers are mostly mid-sized importers: furniture, houseware, textiles, machinery parts, packaging. They tend to have too much volume for a courier and not enough to interest a global forwarder's key account team. That gap is exactly where we work best.
How we work
Say the real transit time
Quoting an optimistic figure to win a booking costs the customer a production line. We quote what the lane actually does, including the bad weeks.
Escalate early
If a vessel rolls or a customs query lands, you hear it from us the same day, with the options already worked out.
Own the mistake
When something is our error, we fix it and absorb the cost. Arguing over a few hundred euros is a poor trade against a customer relationship.
